Each1 Only1 Moniker

Why did we decide to call our new college admissions training program Each1 Only1?  The reason is because it most aptly describes the through-line of our philosophy on how highly effective college recruiting happens.

Each time a prospective student is contacted by or visits a college, he/she should feel like the only one that campus wants next semester.  Each one, only one.
This philosophy permiates every element of our training; from the focus recruiters give each student at a high school visit to the sequence of questions asked at a college fair to the ultra-personal nature of the print material to the over-the-top schmoozing at campus visits. Each time a staff member contacts a student, he/she should give full attention, focus and energy to that student and be armed with the proper strategies and techniques to maximize the moment.

The proper understanding and implementation of the Each1 Only1 experience will result in prospective students yearning to go to the next step with your campus. They will feel more connected to and attracted to your campus than any of the other institutions going about it "the usual way".  The flip side of the coin is, because of the highly personal and authentic nature of the E1O1 program, a higher percentage of freshmen will become sophomores because he/she picked the right college for them in the first place.

Each one, only one.  Personal college recruiting at its finest. Contact us today to learn more and download our PDF overview of our services.

Each1 Only1 Overview

Each1 Only1 is the dynamic two day training for admissions teams/counselors. E1O1 is a combination of recruiting techniques and presentation training. The collision of the personal college recruiting guide and the techniques to apply these strategies make the E1O1 training special and unique to each institution.

Dustin Galyon and Rhett Laubach link their professional expertise to lead and upgrade college recruiting results. During the past six years, Dustin opened new recruiting markets, created dynamic, unique and personal rhetoric for college fairs, phoning and high school visits, and innovated student ambassador training for Hesston College. Rhett Laubach brings twenty years of professional speaking and presentation coaching experience. He has presented to over one million audience members and coached thousands of individuals for the purpose of developing, sharpening and delivering their message.

E1O1 techniques will allow your staff to increase applications, effectively critique print material, create strategies and marketing concepts for high school visits, and reach admissions goals and record recruiting numbers. The Each1 Only1 training will upgrade your recruiting results by accenting the signature qualities that you and your institution offer.  Contact us today to learn more and download an overview PDF of our services.

2012 Southeastern Oklahoma State University Training

We had a phenomenal first E1O1 training this week in Durant, Oklahoma on campus at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  It was two full days of sharpening, rebuilding and redesigning how they influence prospective students to attend SE. The output for their team was 25+ specific upgrades to the recruiting and admissions process that will absolutely improve their ability to provide a personal recruiting experience and increase qualified enrollment numbers.  The upgrades include:

  • Changing the process of high school visits
  • Improving the student ambassador training process
  • Restructuring the print pieces mailed
  • Upgrading the website
  • Sharpening the language used to define the Southeastern experience
  • Refocusing the purpose of the high school visit and college fair presentations

Positively impacting the lives of young people is the best way to describe the major outcomes of a university campus going through and implementing the E1O1 curriculum.  We are confident the recruiting and admissions crew at Southeastern are better equipped to do just that in a very personal fashion because of the work done in Frost Chambers Monday and Tuesday.

Each time a prospective student is contacted by or visits a college, he/she should feel like the only one that campus wants next semester. Each one, only one.
