Two-Day Experience

The premier Each1 Only1 service is our intensive two-day on-site training. Day one is entirely about training your admissions staff on how to create a personal recruiting system. The day consists of language shaping, story creation, process development and tangible learning objectives. We don't just talk about how to apply our unique, results-driven strategies and techniques. Day one is Dustin Galyon helping you create new behaviors and thought-processes specifically built for your institution.
Day two is about presentation development. Rhett Laubach walks your staff through the skills and attitudes of effective communication. Day two includes story-telling techniques, language sharpening and live presentation coaching. This two-day experience will transform how your staff thinks, talks and acts to create a comprehensive personal recruiting experience for your college. 


Follow-Ups

Two days is not enough time to delve into every aspect of the Each1 Only1 training program. We have a handful of on-site, over the phone and electronic training packages designed to super-charge your staff's ability to deliver a personal recruiting experience. Follow-Ups include management training, specific presentation development, print material coaching, personalized print pieces and student ambassador coaching.
